Welcome to your private San Diego retreat, where thoughtful design and unbeatable location come together for the perfect stay. This full property is completely yours — no shared walls, no shared spaces — offering flexibility, comfort, and a true sense of home.

Tucked in a charming, walkable neighborhood just minutes from downtown, this home lets you explore the best of San Diego with ease. Hop on the freeway in under a minute and reach anywhere in the city within minutes — from the beaches to Balboa Park. You’re just five minutes to Downtown, close to Little Italy’s food scene, Petco Park, Waterfront Park, Seaport Village, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo. Whether you’re here for sunshine, surf, or city life, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.

The home itself is a blend of comfort and connection, ideal for families or groups who want space to spread out while still sharing the same private property. It features two separate levels, each with its own entrance — perfect for multi-family stays, friends traveling together, or anyone craving a little privacy.

Start your mornings on the front patio with a coffee in hand, unwind on the upstairs deck’s conversation lounge, or gather for dinner on the back dining deck. As the sun sets, fire up the BBQ grill and share stories around the fire pit under string lights and the coastal sky.
